Once I heard this will break Records for Brady and cement his Legacy.  Pats win.  No way the NFL has been abusing fans with Brady and Bill being the best thing since sliced bread with cheating written all over them; and let them lose lol.

Never will the NFL be this stupid.  Welllll, Wait.....nah, not that stupid. Carry on

Season Tix, Section 409

2023 and still counting.....SB will finally be ours soon enough.

I knew you would say something like that. Agree to disagree on this one because I hate the Patriots.

Quote:Being a Patriots fan is like being a Lakers fan. I member when everyone and their mom was a Laker fan.

With the Lakers struggling in recent seasons,  how much of their fan base do you believe has disappeared?

It would be interesting to see fan trends for traditional dynasty teams in all four major professional team sports. That topic deserves its own thread and I would participate.

Unlike most of the other pro sports dynasties in North America,  the Patriots weren't popular before the 2001 season.  Even in New England,  they were clearly the 4th team behind the Red Sox, Celtics,  and Bruins.   I have doubts that their national popularity will be sustained if they go through several consecutive seasons of losing football.

Bill Belichick has coached in almost 1/5th of all super bowls.

That said my money is on the Falcons to win but not by much.

I just saw this will be New England's ninth Super Bowl. Of course that includes some not coached by Bill Belicheat.

It should be obvious to you I was talking about the Patriots, not their coach on a personal level.

Bill Belicheat has only been a Super Bowl HC with the Patriots.

Usually I like Adam Schein, but this article is what a bandwagon fan looks like:

It was a ridiculous comment. Yes, Matt Ryan is great this year, but fans of other NFCS teams have something to say about that. The irony is Derek Carr got his MVP vote.

I have no feelings either way about the Falcons or any of their players. I just want them to stay healthy and win on February 5.

I just hope it's entertaining unlike most of these games so far.

It should be, but everyone said that about the conference championships.

GO FALCONS!

The Falcons are good this year; really, really good.

Every SB the Pats have played in have been very close games, both the winning years and times they lost (talking about with Brady and BB, of course).

It'll probably be another very close game again. It wouldn't surprise me if Atlanta wins.

**It would be tough for a Panthers fan to see Carolina lose the SB and then Atlanta goes and wins it the following season. I feel ya there.

What gets me excited is Atlanta's defense. Look at how they manhandled one of the NFL's best offensive lines to sack and rattle Aaron Rodgers, master of the pocket scramble, and forced him to throw an interception. Also, the fumble wasn't Aaron Ripkowski's fault as much as most people think. Three Falcons surrounded him and one guy punched the ball out. It will be fun to see what the Dirty Birds do with another QB who wears #12.
