The chances of Cook/Fournette in the AFC South

Quote:So you cant answer. Exactly. Good luck with your Jaguars cheating. And quaterback rating. Nice try. Can't answer what? If you don't type proper English you actually are not asking me anything. Quote:Can you imagine? If the Tacks or Colts grab one if we don't? That is terrifying and I have a feeling the Colts will be in position to grab Cook. I am pretty confident and comfortable with our defense at the moment. It's not perfect but it's not too bad either. It is still a scary thought that Cook or Fournette somehow slip out of the top ten and make it to them. I still think we're taking one of them though. I am trying to build a case though that a team like Cleveland might take one of them if they feel none of the QB's in this class are worthy of one of their first round selections. And if you're going to stick it out with Kessler, your 3rd RD pick from last year they'll only want to keep adding pieces around him to make his life easier. Cook or Fournette does that for them at No. 12 overall. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. To be fair, in this case all of TTR's questions were completely valid, legible, and if you were a fan of the Jaguars you would know the answers to all of them.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
Quote:To be fair, in this case all of TTR's questions were completely valid, legible, and if you were a fan of the Jaguars you would know the answers to all of them. "So you can't answer" is the problem. Without a noun after the verb, the sentence is incomplete. I did not say anything about the questions being invalid. There is no reason to believe just because I don't want to answer all of those questions I am not a Jaguars fan. TTR is now on my ignore list so I can't even read them anymore. Terrifying would be seeing Peyton Manning coming back to dominate the Division for another 15 seasons. Quote:NorthcuttI think the FA qb was Fiedler? That dolphin guy?, been way too long.

Quote:Okay smarty pants what qb kneeled on our emblem at the end of the game and in what year? I want to play. Okay smarty pants what qb kneeled on our emblem at the end of the game and in what year? Answer - I literally have no idea what you are talking about. What game? There's been lots of Jags games lol. What receiver dropped the ball in the Key playoff loss? Answer - Northcutt. Duh. Prior to fred who was our running back? Answer - James Stewart What TE was there during the freddie days? Answer - At what point of Fred's days? Kyle Brady, Pete Mitchell, George Wrighster, Marcedes Lewis, etc. Whats DD stand for? Answer - Donovan Darius. Duh. Who was the qb who got called off his tractor to play qb for us? Answer - Bouman. Duh. Who was the player who slapped himself to fire up for games? Answer - John Henderson. Duh. What fa qb did we sign before Garrard started and he failed? Answer - Doug Johnson? lol What was the meaning of chopping wood? Answer - Del Rio had an axe and wood in the locker room. What receiver who was a qb prospect did we draft? Answer - Matt Jones
I knew it. There is no way on Earth every Jaguars fan can answer all of those questions partly because some of them lack context.
Nobody uses the word emblem - it is called a logo. Matt Jones was a QB in college. He was not a "QB prospect." Big difference. So TTR still has a problem writing English. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
For the love of Lombardi, could someone please post something remotely on topic in this thread????
I for one, do not want to see either of these running backs drafted by one of our division rivals. That would suck. I wouldn't mind if we selected one of them in the first round even though it's not my favorite scenario. I prefer Cook by the very slightest of margins and I think they'll both be quality pros. Quote:For the love of Lombardi, could someone please post something remotely on topic in this thread???? I'm not gonna. I'm not even gonna post in this thread. This thread is dumb.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say! Quote:I knew it. There is no way on Earth every Jaguars fan can answer all of those questions partly because some of them lack context.HAHA! You're on a roll!
They were talking about Fournette this morning on the radio. I believe they said something to the effect of "best RB prospect since Adrian Peterson". I didn't watch many (if any) of his games, just some highlights. Is he considered THIS elite of a prospect? I know he has size, speed, etc. But, an AP comparison? Sign me up for that!

A while back I read Adrian Peterson is Leonard Fournette's NFL comparison. More recently, Mike Mayock compared the debate over Fournette and Dalvin Cook with the Peterson/Marshawn Lynch one 11 years ago. But is Fournette the best RB prospect coming out since Peterson? Try telling people who watch Ezekiel Elliott.
Fornette doesn't get past us (Panthers) at 8 if he's there. I came by here because I think the Jags have a decent shot at taking him at 4. No?
Cook will probably be there at 14 - IMO

There is a higher chance Indianapolis will get the #14 pick (50%) than Jacksonville picking Leonard Fournette at #4. It would be more interesting if the Vikings had not traded their first round pick because they need a RB. |
