Umm, just FYI...Watkins is a WAAAAAY better prospect than Blackmon was. It's not even close. 

 

No. Blackmons production was an eye catcher for a lot of casual fans, also blackmon is a much stronger receiver, he runs all routes, over the middle, underneath, and his big time ability is fighting for the ball and yac. sammy watkins is more of a finesse player, more like torrey smith, he runs deep routes and takes advantage of speed. blackmon is the overall better wr and much better prospect.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Watkins isn't close to as good of a prospect as Blackmon was.  He has a lot of potential, but his production was schemed at Clemson.  Until he proves he can beat corners consistently in an NFL style offense, he's just a shiny object.  Not to mention that Watkins only put up about 60-70% of the numbers Blackmon put up.

I could get on board with Carr/Bortles or Mack (assuming clowney/teddy are gone). Anything else and I would low key be upset.
