As said above, Campbell has been an all pro level player. Cyp is a black hole in coverage.

He played well in the limited role he was given, which is all he could do. He's a glorified 4th linebacker, limited player with a limited skill set

The ranking was based on last years play not career 

 

I'm not saying we should keep Cyp or pay him a lot of money, i'm just saying the guy did his job last year, didnt have all those miss tackles and blown coverage like in the past, and our defense was much better, I dont even agree with everything PFF but I saw with my own eyes that Cyp was good last year.
