Chick Fil A Bowl-Last game for Manziel before Jacksonville

Heck of a game. But pretty much every game is like that with Johnny. Imagine THAT every Sunday in JAcksonville. We would be the hottest ticket in the NFL.

Screw the Texans and Browns, WE NEED THIS! lol

I want 3 players. Clowney, Bridgewater, Manziel. Jaguars have the number 3 pick. Just give me one of those 3 at 3, and I'm happy.

Yeah. I'd be willing to part with our 1st Next year and a 4th and 5th in this years draft. I know...it might be a little cray. But, it's been too long. We NEED a QB

The pressure on them to take Manziel from their local fans is going to be immense.

I'm not sure about the first part but the second part is 1000% spot on.

As good as both Johnny and Bridge looked in their bowl games I am not advocating the Jags trading up. Not unless they can do so cheaply, which isn't realistic. Too much can go wrong for the team trading a package of picks in trade ups. It never seems to stop teams from doing it, though.

The depth of the QB class has reemerged. Teddy, Bortles, and Manziel all in the top 10

A GM who lets local pressure affect his picks is exactly the type of GM we need in our division.

True.

Imagine if Houston drafted Clowney  :woot:

I think we all need to hope Clowney has an insane day tomorrow

I remember before saying I didn't want the first pick I just wanted top 5 (which was just code word for saying I wanted them to draft Manziel).  Now I'm starting to feel insecure.

Yeah....really looking forward to Bortles Bowl tomorrow. He'll need some magic against Baylor.

Yeah, let's very much hope that Clowney kills it tomorrow (or I guess today).

That way, we have three fantastic prospects with amazing bowl games, one of whom will be available to us.

Happy New Year, Jags fans - it's gonna be a good one.

If Jake Matthews grades out as high as everyone thinks I don't know how the St. Louis Rams can pass on him (trading out of the 2nd pick). That offensive line needs help bad. Matthews doesn't get past Atlanta. The jags have to pray the rams think this way that way we have our choice of bridgewater/manziel or clowney

St Louis is not taking a Tackle at 2 with one of Bridgewater, Clowney or Manziel sitting there. No way.

STL can keep stockpiling draft picks, but at some point, they are actually going to have to get better.

I agree, but they need a QB more than they need a Tackle.

StroudCrowd, I was thinking the same thing... They've had a ton of opportunity to gather talent but they're missing the playoffs again. I wonder whether it's bad scouting, bad coaching, or (my belief) misplaced trust in Sam Bradford.

St. Louis will never be able to run a competent offense then because Bradford will continue to get smeared on the field like he has been his entire career.

And now you've got Jake Long recovering from a devastating knee injury.

Their loss.

THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.

RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
