So I was at the Peach Bowl er chickfila bowl last night and they put up a triva question before the game started.  Before last nights game there had been 21 consecutive SEC vs ACC matchups in the Peach Bowl.  How many had each side won?  Most people seemed surprised but the ACC had won 11 while the SEC won 10.  And after last night's result the series is now split 11-11.

 

And since the Peach Bowl is a matchup between the 2nd best ACC vs 5th best SEC team, I think you can make a pretty strong case that over the last 22 years, the ACC's 2nd best team is on par with the SEC's 5th best.
