Those jobs provide income and taxation in other areas which more than makes up for the tax breaks to those corporations that are the lifeblood of the economy. The biggest caveat here is that these are REAL jobs. Not some 25 hour a week job that is fit for a high schooler, but has been forced upon professionals for the past few years for lack of any real opportunity. 

 

It's no surprise that things are looking up. People can actually get a career and a good life, as opposed to a government handout and perpetual poverty.

I think that is more a case of machines replacing the jobs of people who make $7.25 and hour but want $15 an hour.
