Titans general manager Jon Robinson told reporters of Cyprien: “I was a big fan of his back when he came out of Florida International. He’s an aggressive hitter and strong in coverage. He’s an instinctive player, good blitzer and heavy hitter.”

He's gotten a LITTLE better in coverage. But when your starting point is JV, well... Maybe he means "strong" as in physically tackling a WR for a PI?
