Meh.. it happens.  It's not like this is the first time that there were civilian casualties in a wartime situation.  So what's the point of this thread and more specifically your post?

Agreed. What's another dead sailor and some dozen odd dead civilians to get worked up over? Trump had to make the decision before his steak got cold.
