We have a saying over here.  "Don't expect what you don't inspect."  That goes for work quality and the workforce.

 

Not everybody is trustworthy enough to not inspect occasionally.

Met a girl from Jacksonville at the pub last night. I asked her does she support the jaguars and she laughed for about 10 minutes

I'm actually down to 190 lbs now...I was once 222 lbs.  I think my ideal weight is around 187.
