I'd bring him in to compete. Why not ?

Why Not?

DeDe Westbrook - slot WR

ARob, Lee, Hurns, Westbrook, Greene

That is some depth

Can't wait to see how much Westbrook opens up the field for ARob and Lee

Doesn't hurt to let him come in and compete. Probably better than Greene.

Syracuse WR Amba Etta-Tawo 2016 Highlights

http://insidetheloudhouse.com/2017/03/20...s-pro-day/

Check out his highlights

From Walter Football

Amba Etta-Tawo, WR, Syracuse

Height: 6-1. Weight: 206. Arm: 32. Hand: 9.25.

40 Time: 4.49.

Projected Round (2017): 5-7.
4/25/17: Etta-Tawo turned in an impressive senior season with a lot of production. He totaled 94 receptions for 1,482 yards with 14 touchdowns. It was a huge jump in production over his junior (20-216-0), sophomore (10-222-1) and freshman (31-500-2) seasons. Etta-Tawo isn't undersized and showed some quickness as a senior. He participated in the Senior Bowl, but didn't really stand out in Mobile.

Amba etta tawo will more than likely make practice squad.. To much depth at WE to keep him on active roster..

Or then again I could be wrong..

Especially with Fournette there to make the play-action pass a legitimate threat on any down.

I'll take Benn over Greene for the 5th WR ...although the UDFA Kenneth Walker III intrigues me having run a 4.3 according to Oesher.

That said, I can see them keeping a backup slot WR as a 6th WR... Greene is in the running for that, but I feel the true contenders are Walters and Wynn. Wynn intrigues me for such a tiny guy.

Good hands and ability to locate the ball and make adjustments. This is a win for Bortles

Amba is very raw... plenty of talent, but he'll need a season on the PS.

Lots of competition at the WR position and that has to be good for the team.

TC's emphasis on speed is apparent and should help make the Jags Offense that much more potent.

I could see Victor Cruz as the other slot guy. I'm picturing...

 1. ARob

 2. Lee

 3. Hurns

 4. Wesbrook

 5. Benn

 6. Cruz

That's a lethal group of WRs right there. BTW, don't sleep on Benn. The guy is big and fast with hands... can be very tough to match-up against.

I love sensationalist headlines.

Cruz pleas to join Jaguars!

Then in the story, Cruz was asked if he would like to play for the Jags and Cruz was like "yeah, that'd be cool but I'm not going to box myself into only playing for one team".

Cool story.

It all rests on Bortles shoulders... or so we thought.

We figured after the 2015 season, QB was the least of our problems. And then BB5 regressed. There is something #becausejaguars that we may be overlooking that will be a major contributor to another 5-11 type season.

In other words, expect the worst

Cruz is used up. He was running a 5.0 forty last year. You guys are forgetting about the WR on the team with the best hands who will 100% have a role; Bryan Walters

Nope. Just stick to the youth on the team. Let them develop for a change. One of these undrafted rookies or even Westbrook could very well end up becoming another Cruz type slot receiver (hopefully minus the nagging injuries).
