If you didn't see or hear any racial, sickening, disparaging things about Obama, in prose or in cartoons, you most certainly have selective viewing and hearing.

It's the outrage , justified by the way, being shown now. But the " I never saw anything bad" about BO that tells me it's either ignorance or...well just plain ignorance.

Baron should move to DC so he could at least get some family values at his early, learning age. A two parent family is an important institution in today's world. His father should have an active role in this young ones life.

I'm assuming school is out for summer, so I guess he will move in with mom n dad soon.


As for DJT and BO....these two have more dislike towards them from a personal level vs the dislike of their policies.

My two cents is, one was arrogant and aloof. One is narcisstic and a goof.

I don't throw the term around lightly.  I have family who are mentally ill, so I see the signs.

 

You are correct, it exists on both ends of the spectrum.  I was referring to specific examples I see here.

 

I've also been politically on both sides of the spectrum.  The extremes of both are awful.  That's why I refuse to affiliate with either party.  However, I do see one obviously more destructive than the other - though it's as much career politicians as it is a left/right issue, getting rich in politics and the subsequent corruption affects them all.  It's simple economics.  You can't spend what you don't have, and every bill comes due.  Unfortunately most are happy bilking the taxpayers and leaving a mess for someone else and someone else's children to deal with.

 

There has been a "normalization" of the extremes, however.  Plus, most who call themselves "moderates" are anything but.

 

Maybe that's why there's "no difference" in some folks' eyes.  They're more OK with it because it's Trump and perhaps secretly (or not secretly) they were amused and pleased by the imagery.
