Quote:Why would he demand more money to play in Jacksonville than Philadelphia? He might look at the situation from the standpoint that the Eagles have had more recent success and he might be of the opinion that the Eagles are closer to being a serious contender. While the Jaguars have a good chance at a bright future, realistically they aren't going to be on National TV much in 2015. The Eagles will be on National TV 4 or more times. The NFL and the networks market the heck out of the Eagles. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Cory Redding will be playing for his 5th and likely final team:

worst offseason so far... eagles or 49ers?
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
The Patriots continue their usual theme of versatility being a key component:

I think there's a good chance Chip Kelly is going to set back that franchise substantially once he finally leaves the scene in Philadelphia. I was commenting on your logic and the fact that you TOTALLY disregarded both our mascot and the currency exchange!!! Quote: 49ers short term. There's a chance that you are spot on. I'd say a good chance. He seems wreckless.
It will be very interesting to see how the Eagles roster fills out. There could be some really big moves upcoming for the Eagles with trading ect.

The Eagles/ Murray thing still has me baffled. But if Dallas didn't pony up, it's maybe his one reason to go to Philly, and play against his old team twice a year.
The Eagles should be interesting a watch this year. If they flounder, bets are Chip may end up dangling from Ben Franklins statue. Losing Maclin, Shady and Foles? Now getting two oft injured Bradford and Mathews to pick up on his offense? I dunno. Recipe for implosion?

Plus they already have Polk and Sproles in there. It just seems unlikely they will do the pickup. Dallas or Raiders seem likely.
Basically Murray wants to play for a "Major" Franchise. So the Raiders and our very own Jags are long shots. Whoever ponies up the most money between the cowgirls and the Eagles with win the Murray sweepstakes.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Our only hope is that Chip low balls him, which is a possibility after signing Matthews and if the cowgirls stand pat on their offer. Then hopefully he understands how awful the Raiders are as a franchise and takes us up on our offer that's been on the table since yesterday.
