It does suck because time is up! Probably just gonna have to roll with it. 

Usually delayed ripening would point to a potassium deficiency, but I was slightly over the suffiency range so that's not it. Crop size will delay it but usually not to this degree. I'll have to take a look at my irrigation scheduling and canopy size next year. 

I'm actually kinda perplexed. It could be my rootstock just isn't capable of transporting enough nutrients for the crop I'm hanging. I'm going to have to shoot a smart guy an email.

Might taste a little ‘puckery’, though.
