Only when the previous suspension has expired. I don't get it, I pee on golf courses all the time... 

Actually, being retired military, admission and refreshments in the Patriots' Outpost hospitality tent is free. 

I'm happy they moved it back to March, much more comfortable. From what I understand, the course was designed to be played in March.

On a serious note, I do know someone that got (supposedly) perma-banned from the tournament.  Idiot got drunk and belligerent with security before he ever got in and got tossed.  Drunk and belligerent to the point where I saw the story on the news.

Quite a night last night, woke up at 1am to find water pouring down from my ceiling right where the smoke detector is. Shorted that out(it was smoking) and the hallway and my bathroom were flooded

After 39 years, curiosity finally got the best of me and I searched why they call them Q-Tips. Boy was I not let down. Turns out they were way ahead of their time in changing the name.
