Yea he's the least of my concerns, the guys is still a young QB. I'm more concerned with the poor starts to every game in the Bradley regime, that's a sure fire sign of ineffective coaching

I like Olson because he often targets a receiver who makes a mistake on the next drive. I don't like lee with Bortles. Walters has the chemistry and Lee has potential. With a talent like bortles you want Walters in the game.

If Gus wants to keep his job he needs to start searching for an OC that doesnt run 1st or screen pass in almost every situation
