INTs in 2016 by Bortles:

#1 - Tipped. Thrown way behind the crossing Lee  - tipped by Lee/ tipped by CB and picked by another defender. Would have been a miracle catch since it was so off target and CB was in position to break it up. If thrown in front of Lee it's a very big gain.
#2  Tipped. Almost exactly like ^pick #1 except Lee was crossing in the opposite direction. Thrown way behind him.
#3 Not tipped by WR. Way off target into double coverage deep.
#4 Not tipped by WR. Undercut by LB - thrown into coverage.
#5 Not tipped by WR. Dump off to Yeldon tipped at line by DT.
#6 Not tipped by WR. Basically a hail mary off target with 26 ticks left.
#7 Tipped. Catchable.  Hit AR15 in the gut in the end zone but he didn't hold on.
#8 Not tipped by WR. Telegraphed the under throw to Lee - easily picked by Amerson. Had Benn open at the 1st dn. marker.
#9 Tipped by WR.  Flukey play. Maybe catchable, but just well defended.  The ball hit AR15's hand just as the defender makes contact with his elbow - knocking the ball upward.

So far: One INT that hit a receiver's hand(s) was catchable, two were not, and one more was a "maybe" catchable ball but well defended.
