So - overall - 3 maybe 4 of Blake's INTs last season were catchable balls tipped away by the WR.

Wasn't there a pass vs Detroit that was picked because Bortles tried to throw it away at lee's feet on a screen, but it bounced off his foot and into the hands of the defender?

Number 13 above did actually hit Lee's foot after hitting his fingertips- but you are thinking of the tinhorns game in November when Blake threw a backward pass to Yeldon that hit his foot and Mercilus caught the deflection. Not technically an INT due to backward pass. Ruled a fumble.
