Couldn't disagree more, most of BB5's turnovers (fumbles and picks) came from when he was in the pocket, when he bootlegs/gets outside the tackle box he's one of the top rated passers in the league the last 2 years, he's SIGNIFICANTLY better throwing on the run than he is throwing from the pocket.
