i agree. The guy seems like a no nonsense person that this team really needs. With all the youth on this roster, they need vets and coaches with a professional mentality to acclimate to the highest level of the game. We are constantly starting a large number of rookies and having that sort of personality, not just from vets playing their position, but as a HC leader is something i think would be really important when going from being a college player to a professional.

I spoke with Freddy T one time at a hotel bar and he said one of the key figures that helped him acclimate from life at UF to the Pro's was "little man" James Stewart. He went on about how he showed him how to adapt to the locker room and how to handle yourself in everyday life which is something i never really thought about till that conversation.
