Street & Smith's predicted Leonard Fournette to be offensive rookie of the year.

PFW listed Ramsey as the 16th best CB. I don't know what kind of criteria they were using, because even as a rookie, there is NO WAY Ramsey was as low as 16th overall.

If they project Fournette to be rookie of the year and the Jaguars to be 4th in the division are they projecting every team to finish .500 or better? I can't see the Jagaurs not getting to at least 8 wins if Fournette is good enough to win RoTY playing on a team that no one likes.
