Sure.  At the time Henne was the starter and ended up getting benched.  Nobody ever said that he should be the starting QB to begin with.

Given what we know now regarding the 2014 season and beyond, especially with the "plan" that they had when they drafted Bortles, do you think that was the right decision at the time?  Do you think that it helped or hurt Bortles in his development?  Would the season have ended up much different?

I doubt it would have had any positive effect on Bortles overall to have say the entire season.

As for what would have been different, we might have become the second ever 0-16 team and been able to make a team give up a ransom for Mariota or Jameis, so possibly a huge upgrade for the long term.

Either way it would have been a sickening season to sit through had Henne started sixteen games.
