This is exactly what I thought. I believe he will start but we don't know just yet. I believe they will give Fowler a shot to compete in camp. Maybe the coaching staff would rather have Fowler on first down to defend the run. Time will tell.


The competition between Fowler and Ngakou could get interesting. Ngakou said he's working almost strictly on his run defense, but Fowler who has little issues there, said he's working almost strictly on his pass rush.
