I can understand and respect that, but along with that comes the responsibility for the future of the board where the past must be looked at in order to make an opinion...Personally I have no problems with him, but many do...The answer to letting him come back or not is always the same...How many last chances is he allowed? and/or if we let him come back this time, is this going to end up like all the times before? Bring him back, he can be kicked to the curb at any moment so it's not like we have to be stuck with him if its the same ol TMD

He's been given a second chance, and a third, and a fourth, and so on until he's probably on his 15th chance. Dude doesn't learn nor does he appear to care to learn. We're fine without him.
