I honestly think that the RG3 trade was a one time thing. You could see maybe an additional first round pick and some mid round picks traded, but I don't think anyone is going to sacrifice all their early round selections for the next three seasons to trade up. Washington was the second worst team in the league, while St. Louis has had their pick of many impact players. That will probably scare away enough GMs, even those who are gamblers from making a trade similar to that.
