He may have not been a sack machine but he showed a lot for a 1st year player.  Good hustle, Violet player, strong at the point of attack, etc.  Did he live up to #3 overall going into his 1st year playing?  I would agree he DID NOT.  It's way too early to even think about cutting him.

I didn't say I predict he's going to get cut.  But he's not a lock for anything. It's a new regime. They already have his replacement on the team and they drafted another defensive end this year.

If Yannick is better than last year, and if Smoot is a positive surprise - and if Dante continues to behave like a complete idiot, yes I could see him cut.
