Again, you're equating being on top as being the initial aggressor. If someone threatens you with a gun and you believe he will shoot you, you have the right to go on the offensive. We know Martin was on top at the end, we don't know exactly how or why he got there. If the left takes the criminal side, then the right refers to the black guy in the hoodie with code phrases like "Thuggie Fresh".

Nothing code about it, Martin wanted to be a gangster and found out first hand how it goes. Live the life and the life will end you eventually.
