Having dual-roles of HC + OC/ DC hurts the performance of both roles. Theres been plenty of examples of this over the years. Its too much for one person to do each job at a top flight level. One or both area ultimately will suffer.

Crennel will be DC only in Houston. Crennel as a DC only is very good.
