Let's just say it wasn't a bunch of white folks who speak fluent English that were walking around in pink handcuffs. You can defend the practice of racial profiling in whatever manner makes you sleep at night, but Sherriff Joe, in addition to the multitude of other crimes he'll never be punished for, led an institutionalized practice of racial profiling in defiance of court laws and the Constitution itself. He should rot in tent city with the people he illegally put there.
