Sportstrac.com showed us $4 million over the cap in 2018.

We haven't determined how much roll over cap we will use for next season, therefore OTC and other sites aren't accounting for it yet.  We still have the cut to 53 and in season signings that will change the amount of cap we'll have to roll over.   Rest assured, that ~40 million in cap space will be included.
