Perhaps a little bit better question(still not perfect but better) would be:

You can have the 2011 Cam, 2012 Luck, 2014 Teddy, or 2015 Winston. All #1 QBs in their respective years. Rank them.

I can only assume Teddy comes in last or next to last in 9 out of 10 people's rankings. Still though, a 3rd or 4th place amongst that crowd is still pretty damn respectable IMO.
