It depends on a lot of factors. How bad was the ACL tear and where did it tear? What kind of collateral damage was there? MCL/LCL/PCL/Meniscus. Individual musculature and structure that may add additional stability - like good quad control, etc. Immediate swelling and pain tolerance could also play some role. The injury didn't look to be very violent so I doubt there was any catastrophic damage in addition to a potential ACL. It may not even be a full tear. Hopefully it's just a grade two.
