You're making my point for me...when the time comes that we need our QB to carry the offense himself he's unable to do it. He wasn't even that good yesterday. That was a marginal performance at best. The run game and defense carried us to victory which will need often this year.

Of course we're going to draft a QB next year. The class is too deep not to. But what exactly did Bortles do bad yesterday? He didn't light up the stat sheet bc he didn't need to. Why throw when you can just run at will?
