I don't know what you mean by Brees, Every qb can throw 40 yds, a good amount of them could probably hit the goal post
 

Brees did a demo where he hits the post something like 80% of the time from that distance, his accuracy is incredible.

 

Again, you people are ridiculous if you think those QBs don't/didn't have elite physical tools.
