Again, you people are ridiculous if you think those QBs don't/didn't have elite physical tools.

Accuracy is a combination of footwork, proper throwing motion and at times use of the lower body (to enhance velocity)

 

You aren't born accurate, it is something that is refined through 1,000s of hours of practice

 

It is part of being an elite qb

 

By just looking at the film, you would notice that Bridgewater's accuracy (ball placement, velocity control) is astonishingly good

 

That is not even includes him doing a poor job of incorporating his lower body in his throws, it also demonstrates how strong his arm is.

 

With a good qb coach and weight gain he could have a borderline elite arm strength and velocity
