The ball was already shifting before he went to the ground. I just hate how some teams seem to have a lot of them go their way while other teams are on the bad end of the deal. Like the roughing the passer last week when it clearly didn't happen. That's 2 calls in 2 week for their only 2 touchdown drives. The way they are playing it won't make a difference in the long run but come on refs, a little consistency please?
