And the comment was made by Phil Simms, ex NFL QB so I think he knows a little bit about what he's talking about. 

 

Luck is without question a better QB than Alex Smith. The Chiefs defense >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the Colts defense. 

 

I disagree that Smith wasn't a game manager. In the second half when they needed him to make a play to secure the game/ calm the team down, he couldn't get it done. Even up until the very last play on the sideline pass to Bowe, Smith choked on that pass - he threw it too far outside so that Bowe didn't have a fair chance to get both of his feet down in bounds.
