I'm not even saying they dont watch it on television, I'm purely talking about the traditional way of watching television where you need cable, satellite or even a broadcasting antenna.  Those numbers are in fact shrinking not growing, as opposed to the number of people who purely use their televisions as a monitor for streaming content.
