Run Defense Now Dead Last in the NFL

Our defense has flipped. Used to be all we could do was stop the run. Now, we have arguably a top 5 rush/cover combo, WE FINALLY FORCE TURNOVERS, but we’re getting gashed in the run. Poor run defense won’t get us far in the playoffs in the event that we somehow make it there.
Good news: we’re doing what we haven’t done in over a decade by covering so well that it allows pass rush to get home. Bad news: if you don’t stop the run then you can’t be taken seriously as a physical team. Side news: turnovers. At long last, finally. |
