I think they'll get it corrected. And the next two weeks are the biggest opportunities for the defense to show they're much, much better against the run than people think. Because Pittsburgh and L.A lean heavy on Bell and Gurley respectively. I thought L.A would be an easy game. Now it's looking like a slug fest. This weekend's game is the one I've been wanting to see since it was announced.

Jalen Ramsey should be matching up with Antonio Brown everywhere on the field. And I am curious to see how Jack and Smith react to Bell when he has the football in his hands. The front four is going to have an interesting test here. Ben isn't a young man anymore but he's still tough as hell and you can't just assume he's down if you've got one arm on him as a defender.

I hope it's an ugly game. And I hope we win to the tune of 17 to 16 late in the 4th.

I am not worried about the Rams. One week at a time. But since you mentioned it, if we can stop Bell we can stop Gurley.

On the 75-yard TD run, I think Smith and/or Campbell assumed Powell was down by contact. That appeared to be the case on both full-speed and slow-motion replays. They need to do a better job making sure Bell is DBC in that situation, which is a mental error.
