I remove all the blame from Blake, it's the coaches and WR's too

Coaching is one part psychology too. You have to know how to get the best from your players physically and emotionally.

Have they sat him down and tried to determine why his body language says he's unhappy? Have they paid attention to the locker room to determine (silly as it sounds) if he's being bullied or ganged up on? Are all his WR's unhappy and talking smack to him, or is one prominent guy doing this?

Things like this occur in even PROFESSIONAL locker rooms.

Who the [BLEEP] cares?

He's the QB.  It's his job to throw the damn ball.  It's the coach's job to teach him how to play the position more effectively.  The coach can't be there on the field with him, holding his hand.

Blake consistently makes the wrong reads.  He consistently throws behind or overthrows wide open receivers.  He consistently has passes batted at the line.  He consistently throws idiotic passes when he shouldn't.

Do the receivers share some of the blame?  Of course they do.  Lee has to learn to catch.  But the coaches have receivers open often that Blake doesn't see, and there still had not been a gameplan I've seen that has been egregious in any way--in fact, if not for Blake's errors, we beat the Jets and the Titans game would've been far closer.

This defense is doing its job.  The offense isn't, and that, while not being totally on Bortles, is mostly his fault.
