Ramsey has 2 more years left on a rookie deal as well as a team option for a fifth year. By the time we need to resign Ramsey the cap will have increased possibly by 40 million by the year 2020, including and rollover and removal of any players who contracts are higher than their pay, Calais may be done by then etc..

We also have a GM that appears to have a eye for talent in the later rounds that can turn into high level starters. 

We  have a front office that structures the contracts with 3-4 years in mind with planning as well as protect the team from being hamstrung. This is literally not an issue at all.
