I agree about extending Telvin.

The Jags "look" like they have a ton of cap space, but Campbell, Jackson, and Bouye have massive contracts already, so extending Telvin Smith and some other potential free agents isn't as easy as it looks, especially if we try to sign an upgrade at QB like Cousins or Jimmy G.

Some current Jags like Poz, Ivory, Lewis, Hurns, etc. could potentially be cut to clear some extra cap room, and of course cutting Bortles frees up $19 M, but the Jags just have to be careful to not overspend too much on non-premium players.
