The Jags "look" like they have a ton of cap space, but Campbell, Jackson, and Bouye have massive contracts already, so extending Telvin Smith and some other potential free agents isn't as easy as it looks, especially if we try to sign an upgrade at QB like Cousins or Jimmy G.

Some current Jags like Poz, Ivory, Lewis, Hurns,  etc. could potentially be cut to clear some extra cap room, and of course cutting Bortles frees up $19 M, but the Jags just have to be careful to not overspend too much on non-premium players.
Sign Telvin and ARob. Let Lee walk.

Sign a QB, guard and TE. Draft a QB and guard/tackle.
Yes, Telvin and ARob should be the top priorities. Both will cost a lot but are worth it. Unfortunately, the team can't really afford to pay Colvin what another team in need of a starting cornerback will offer him. Lee will be the toughest decision. He drops too many passes and is injury prone, but he has elite skills after catching the ball. I hope they can lock him up for a reasonable price, but have a feeling he will be gone if Westbrook plays well after returning.

The toughest decision(and most important, by far) is who to go after at quarterback. They should be able to afford the hefty price Cousins, Smith and Jimmy G. will command, but are any of them worth it? If Baker Mayfield or Mason Rudolph are available when they pick midway through round 1, would they be better options considering the cost and age advantage? If I were calling the shots, I'd take the best available quarterback in round 1. Mayfield and Rudolph are both much more accurate than Blake and seem to be solid leaders. Coughlin and his staff can decide who would be the best fit and they may even prefer another guy like Jackson. They just need to get it right. In free agency, they can sign a veteran q.b. who will not cost a fortune to be the back-up. Coughlin can then use his pull to sign Pugh from the Giants to solidify the offensive line. They can get a good tight end in the 2nd round next year as it is another strong class- especially the kids from Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Penn State.

Overall, I agree with your priorities and hope our decision-makers see it the same way.
