There were times last night when Winston reminded me of Byron Leftwich, and I don't mean that in an entirely negative sense.

If one thing is certain, it's that Winston needs at least one more year, maybe two, before he's ready for the NFL. Still, he's already ahead of Tebow when it comes that.

I agree he could certainly use more experience and coaching before making the move to the NFL, but he has some ability, and it was evident even in the midst of a bad first half.
