I think you might be overthinking the dynamic here though man.

They kept running the ball against the Steelers because they (the Steelers) simply could not stop the run in the 2nd half. Flat out, they couldn't do anything against the run and that's why they ran in 18 straight times or whatever it was. You don't try and fix what isn't broken and the running game was not broken that game.

So you don't think they'll enter a game against the 31st ranked pass defense with a game plan that let's Bortles attempt more than 14 passes?   And conversely enter a game vs the the #1 ranked pass defense with a game plan to run the ball more?  

'Cause that's what I'm saying. 

They'd be fools not to game plan that way.
