Conversely, a better player to reference may be Trent Dilfer who had 12 TDs and 11 Ints with a 76.6 QBR in his 8 starts on his way to win the Super Bowl with the Ravens  --- nothing is impossible with a great defense.  Heck, Dilfer won the super bowl and the Ravens didn't even pursue resigning him.

If Bortles can manage a 90 QBR or above 60 completion percentage we will be Super Bowl bound.
