The comparison to Vince Young doesn't work. Young threw 13 INTS against 12 TD his rookie season. Watson's nowhere near that. And Young actually improved during his time in TN. His last year there, he threw 10 TDs against 3 INTs.
Watson's had a heck of a good year, and there's a lot to like (if you're a Texans fan). I don't ever remember TN having two receivers as good Hopkins and Fuller when Young was there. |
