Yeah I kinda agree. We looked prepared, nobody panicked and time management had to be nearly perfect to pull that win off. 

What were the recurrent coaching issues under Gus again?

In previous seasons, we would have wasted a time out in the 3rd quarter because someone lined up wrong or someone didn't get on the field when they were supposed to, and then we wouldn't have had all 3 time outs at the end of the game.  In previous years, a wasted timeout in the 3rd quarter would have cost us the game.

We have to give the coaching staff credit for the kind of coaching that happens during the week and in training camp- players being prepared, knowing their assignments, having backup long snappers prepared, and so on. That's long term coaching. A lot of people quibble about the short term aspect, do we make the right adjustments, do we have a good game plan, but it was long term coaching that won that game for us.
