I had no interest in Manziel at all, I always assumed by what I heard he was sort of like Tebow, only good at a college level. However ever since the Duke game I went back and checked out everything. I hope we get him, but I know if we dont it will be for a good reason. He's the QB that makes the most sense as of now. Last year we drafted players as potential playmakers, which he is. Gus seems to like competitive spirit, which he has. We want to run a hurry to the line type offense, which he does. Nows the part you're all gonna disagree, but I wouldnt use a first round pick on any other QB in the first round, rather have a Mettenberger or other later round pick. I think Bridgewater is a safer pick but nothing is promised and drafting a QB is so hit and miss you might as well aim high.
